17 October 2016 Mini-Circuits’ RVA-6000+ is a surface mount voltage variable attenuator providing greater than 30 dB attenuation range for a variety of applications from 2000 to 6000 MHz. This model has a control voltage range from 0 to 12V with attenuation from 4 up to 37 dB. It maintains minimal phase deviation over its full attenuation range, and +40 dBm IP3 results in low signal distortion enabling improved system performance. The attenuator achieves 20 dB input/output return loss without any external bias or matching network required and comes housed in a miniature, shielded package (0.5 x 0.5 x 0.2”) with wraparound terminations for excellent solderability.
